It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to discharge,
fire or shoot any firearm of any type or description within the Borough
of East Pittsburgh or in such a way that the bullet or projectile
enters the Borough of East Pittsburgh, except law officers in the
proper performance of their duties.
Any person who shall violate this article shall, upon conviction
thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $100 or more
than $300, and the costs of prosecution, or, in default of payment
of such fine and costs, undergo imprisonment for not more than 30
days.
