From and after the enactment of this article, no person or persons
shall possess or be in control of any alcoholic beverage of any kind
while on property owned by the Borough and used for any public purpose.
Any person or persons, firm or corporation who shall violate
this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a
fine of not more than $1,000, and costs, or to undergo imprisonment
for not more than 60 days, provided that each violation of this article
and each day the same is continued shall be a separate offense.
