From and after the enactment of this article, no person or persons
shall ride skateboards on any street or alley within the Borough,
nor upon any public property within the Borough except in areas specifically
designated for this purpose.
Any person or persons, firm or corporation who shall violate
this article shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a
fine of not more than $300, and costs; or to undergo imprisonment
for not more than 30 days, provided that each violation of this article
and each day the same is continued shall be deemed a separate offense.
