1. 
The Township or its designated representative shall inspect all phases of the installation of the permanent stormwater management facilities.
2. 
During any stage of the work, if the Township determines that the permanent stormwater management facilities are not being installed in accordance with the approved drainage plan, the Township shall revoke the applicable permits until the facilities are correctly installed or a revised drainage plan is submitted and approved, as specified in this Part.

After completion of the project or a given phase, and as a prerequisite for release of any financial guarantee, the developer shall:
A. 
Provide a certificate from an engineer, architect, surveyor or other qualified professional, as determined by the Township, certifying that all required stormwater management facilities have been constructed according to the approved drainage plan.
B. 
Provide a complete set of as-built drawings bearing the seal of the same professional who provided the certificate referred to in § 26-142(1)(A) above; provided, however, that neither as-built plans nor professional certification shall be required for a minor subdivision.
