A Cemetery Department for the City of Weatherford is hereby
created. The head of this department shall be the Cemetery Superintendent,
appointed for an indefinite term. The department shall function under
the supervision and guidance of such Superintendent.
It shall be the duty of the Cemetery Department to maintain,
improve, and operate the cemeteries of the city.
