All buildings and houses in the City of Weatherford, shall be numbered. The City Administrator or his designated agent shall be responsible for designating the proper numbers for houses and buildings.

The numbering of buildings on the north-south street will be divided by main street, with any street leading south of main street to begin with the 100 block south, any street leading north of main street to begin the 100 block north. The even numbers will be on the east side and odd numbers on the west side.

The numbering of buildings on the east west streets will be divided by Custer Avenue, with any street leading east of Custer Avenue to begin the 100 block east, any street leading west of Custer Avenue to begin the 100 block west. On the east-west streets, the even numbers will be on the south side of the street, and the odd numbers will be on the north side.

There shall be 100 numbers applicable to each block, commencing with "one" on the odd side and "two" on the even side of the street.

Each 25 feet of frontage on each block shall be entitled to a separate number.

The first block from the base line in either direction shall be given numbers from one to 100, and the second block shall be given numbers from 100 to 200 and so on in consecutive order by 100s to each block in succession.

The affix 1/2 shall be added to the last proceeding number in designating stairways or garage apartments.

It shall be the duty of the owner of any house or building in the City of Weatherford, to have such house or building numbered in accordance with this section. Each house or building shall display numbers for proper identification. Said numbers to be a minimum of four inches tall.
