For the purposes of this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
Any type of explosive device which contains an incendiary propellant and fuse which, upon ignition, launches more than 10 feet into the air any solid material which is not designed to be completely consumed by combustion, deflagration or detonation, so that upon such combustion, deflagration or detonation there remains no solid material to fall to the ground.
Explosive devices designed primarily to produce visible or audible effects by combustion, deflagration or detonation, including but not limited to Roman candles, skyrockets, bottle rockets, salutes, firecrackers, torpedoes, mines, fountains, flower pots, bombs, pin wheels, blank cartridges, toy guns other than cap pistols or any other device or article loaded or impregnated with combustible or inflammable material, or any firecrackers or fireworks by whatever name designated; provided, however, that such definition shall not include caps or cap pistols.
