The Plymouth Borough Police Department is hereby authorized
and empowered to use any speed-timing device as authorized by 75 Pa.C.S.A.
§ 3368.
The authority hereby granted shall relate to all public roadways
within the Borough of Plymouth.
This chapter and the authority hereby granted shall pertain
to present speed-timing devices, as well as those to be developed
in the future.
