a.
No person shall store or permit or suffer to be stored upon any lands
any automobile which is not capable of being used or operated unless
the automobile is garaged.
b.
Any automobile which is not capable of being used or operated shall
be deemed to be any automobile which cannot be moved under its own
power from place to place upon any public highway.
c.
The words "store" or "stored" shall mean the keeping of an automobile
upon any lands for a period of more than 15 days.
