At all times during and after any snowstorm, it shall be unlawful
for any person, firm or corporation to shovel, push, throw, or plow
snow from a sidewalk, driveway, lot, or any other area onto the streets
of the Borough.
Any person, firm or corporation who violates this article shall,
upon conviction, be subject to a fine not to exceed $300 per occurrence,
and in default of payment thereof, to undergo imprisonment not exceeding
30 days. Each day that a violation of this chapter continues shall
constitute a separate offense.
