City of Williston, ND Article XIII International Property Maintenance Code, 2012, Adopted

§ 5-326 Code adopted.

The 2018 International Property Maintenance Code shall be hereby adopted by reference and incorporated into the City Code, along with the amendments adopted from time to time, in whole as if it were set out in full, subject to the amendments contained in this subchapter.

§ 5-327 Conflicting ordinances.

The following Williston City ordinances shall not apply to residential property to the extent they conflict with the International Property Maintenance Code, 2012, hereby adopted. These ordinances shall remain in effect as to all other properties.

(a) Ordinance No. 634 - Weed Ordinance;

(b) Section 12-62 - Abandoning Refrigerators;

(c) Article VII - Division 3, Dangerous Buildings;

(d) Article VIII - Regulating the Accumulation of Junk;

(e) Section 5-317 of Article XI - Appeal of Decision.
