Subject to the limitations of North Dakota Century Code Section
12.1-30-02, and pursuant to authorization contained in North Dakota
Century Code Section 12.1-30-03(30), food stores within the City of
Williston may be open on Sunday, without restrictions on the number
of employees on duty at one time.
