The Borough of Marietta establishes a Quick Ticket Program to aid in the enforcement of certain violations identified in §
50-2. The issuance of a Quick Ticket is in addition to any other remedy or fine that the Borough may be entitled to under its ordinances or other applicable law. The Borough may issue a Quick Ticket under this chapter whether or not the Borough has undertaken any other enforcement activity.
