A.
It shall be unlawful for any person to violate, refuse, or fail to
comply with a written order of Labette County Emergency Management
or the Labette County Health Department or an Executive Order issued
by the Governor of the State of Kansas, as long as said orders are
issued under their respective authorities granted by the State of
Kansas.
B.
A violation this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
