[Amended at time of adoption of Code (see Ch. 1, General
Provisions, Art. I)]
The use of the courthouse lawn for any athletic contests, games
or amusements that would tend to injure the lawn or courthouse grounds
generally is prohibited. Suitable and appropriate signs forbidding
the use of said lawn and grounds for any of the purposes enumerated
above shall be erected as directed by the Board of Supervisors. This
article shall be enforced by the County Sheriff's office.
This article shall in no way affect the use of the grounds for
such things as Easter egg hunts, picnics, or other purposes of a temporary
nature which will not materially damage the lawn and shrubbery thereon.
