Public use of and/or physical presence of individuals in all
public parks and recreational areas within the Township of Cambria
including those facilities located in the Village of Revloc, Village
of Colver, Mylo, and other areas of the Township, is prohibited between
the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m.

Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision
of this Part, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before
a magisterial district judge in the manner provided for the enforcement
of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure,
shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $10 nor more than
$1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs,
to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation
of this Part continues or each Section of this Part which shall be
found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.

Appropriate signs, designating the hours of use of public parks/recreational
areas located within the Township, shall be posted at such place(s)
as determined by the Supervisors.

The Supervisors may, from time to time, by resolution duly enacted
by the Board of Supervisors, change the hours of use by individuals
of the said parks/recreational areas to such times as they deem advisable
considering the health, welfare, peace, and tranquility of the public.
