The policy of the Township of Cambria has been and continues
to be that construction, reconstruction, repair, and maintenance of
sidewalks and maintenance and/or trimming of trees on property abutting
a private owner's property is the sole responsibility and obligation
of such abutting property owner.

The Township has not assumed, nor will it assume any liability
as regards such sidewalks and/or trees.

This confirmation of existing policy/policy statement is given
to confirm the Township's policy as regards these matters and
to give further notice/public notice as regards said matters, i.e.,
sidewalks and trees-maintenance and liability by/of property owners.
