The Chief may delegate authority to subordinates in the Fire
Department, and the actions of such authorized subordinates shall
be construed as valid actions of the Chief.
All terms used in this section shall have the meaning as defined
in Section 202 of the 2015 International Fire Code, as amended from
time to time.
