The requirements shall be as set forth in §§
185-12 and
185-74.
Driveways for ingress and egress for apartment developments
shall:
A. Connect with other than minor streets wherever possible;
B. Not be located within 200 feet of an existing street intersection;
and
C. Have a pavement width of at least 22 feet, except where they are
within a parking area, in which case they shall not be less than 25
feet in width.
The slopes of yards shall conform to §
185-85D.
