Wastewater charges. For new residential and nonresidential class
customers in the City of Onalaska that do not have an established
sewer value or where the public water supply is not available, and
a private water supply is used or where metered records are not available,
water usage shall be calculated based on the average sewer value of
account classes within the City of Onalaska from the April billing.
New residential- or nonresidential-class customers who establish service
midquarter will be charged the City average for first quarter or actual
consumption, whichever is lower.

The City, upon review, may approve discharges in excess of the

The City will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may
require additional information. After evaluation and acceptance of
the data furnished, the City may issue a wastewater discharge permit,
subject to terms and conditions provided therein.

The City, or said representatives, may enter upon the property
at any hour under emergency circumstances.
