The Board of Selectmen is authorized to apply for and accept
state and federal grants and private grants or gifts they deem beneficial
to the Town. If said grant(s) or gift(s) require the Town to meet
significant future financial conditions or costs, the Board of Selectmen
will advise the Finance Committee of such future conditions or costs
and shall request comments from the Finance Committee to be returned
to the Board of Selectmen within 30 days of the request.
