No person shall, except in necessary defense of person or property,
fire or discharge any gun or other firearm within the limits of the
Borough of West Leechburg.
Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall,
upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $200
or more than $600 and costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment
of fine and costs, to undergo imprisonment for not more than 30 days.
