A.
The commencement of any of the following uses and activities, or
the construction, enlargement, or expansion of any structure used,
or intended to be used, for any of the following uses and activities,
shall be prohibited within any identified floodplain area:
(1)
Hospitals and comparable health care facilities.
(2)
Nursing homes, and comparable facilities providing residency and
health care for older and/or disabled persons.
(3)
Jails or prisons.
(4)
Manufactured home parks or manufactured home subdivisions or substantial
improvements to manufactured home parks or subdivisions.
(5)
Schools, and comparable facilities providing education and care of
children.
(6)
Sanitary landfills, junkyards, and comparable facilities intended
and designed to dispose of or otherwise store waste, garbage, junk,
and other similar material.
