Definitions. As used in this article, the following terms shall have
the meanings indicated:
ACCESSORY BUILDINGS
Shall conform to all requirements of this chapter. Structures
with polyvinyl-type sides and/or roof shall also meet required setbacks
and be properly maintained. Any unsightly, ripped, torn material on
said structures can be deemed a nuisance by the Zoning Administrator,
and may be required to be removed in its entirety.
ATTACHED PRIVATE GARAGE
A private garage attached directly to the principal building,
or attached by means of an enclosed or open breezeway, porch, terrace
or vestibule, or a private garage so constructed as to form an integral
part of the principal building.
