The Irwin Volunteer Fire Department is confirmed as the official
fire company of the Borough of Irwin. The Irwin Volunteer Fire Department
is an independent corporation, is not a part of nor under the supervision
or control of the Borough of Irwin, and the agents, members, employees,
officers and officials of the Irwin Volunteer Fire Department shall
not be considered employees or officials of the Borough of Irwin.
