The governing body of the City of Walhalla in Council duly assembled,
and by authority of the same, does hereby appoint an Associate Municipal
Judge for a term of two years. The Council shall appoint one or more
Associate Municipal Judges to serve in the temporary absence or legal
incapacity of the Municipal Court Judge. The compensation of the judges
shall be as from time to time determined by Council. Vacancies shall
be filled in accordance with S.C. Code Ann. § 14-25-25.
