City of Walhalla, SC Article III Poles and Wires

§ 275-4 Permission required to locate or relocate.

It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to place, move, remove, relocate or otherwise change the location of any utility pole on the streets, roadways or other properties under the control of the City of Walhalla without having first obtained permission in writing from the Mayor of the City of Walhalla.

§ 275-5 Violations and penalties.

Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this article shall be subject to penalties as set forth in § 1-1 of the City Code.
