Any person operating any vehicle without due care and caution and full regard for the safety of persons and/or property, whether or not their driving results in personal injury and/or property damage, shall be guilty of careless driving.
Any person found guilty of this offense will be fined no less than $50 nor more than $100, plus all applicable state-mandated fees and assessments and/or 30 days' imprisonment.
