Parking meters have been installed and parking meter spaces designated and marked on the following sections of streets and parking lots or "parking meter zones" in New Bethlehem Borough:
A. 
On the municipal metered parking lot which is located on Anderson Way between Broad Street and Hunter Street.
B. 
On any other locations hereinafter designated by Borough Council.[1]

The days and times which said parking meters are required to be operated and parking meter regulations complied with, except Sundays, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, as the same applied to the parking of vehicles under this article, are as follows:
A. 
On Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
B. 
On all other days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.[1]

It shall be unlawful to deposit any slug, device, metallic substitute or any other substitute for coins of the United States in said parking meters.

It shall be unlawful for any person to deface, tamper with, open, damage, destroy or impair the usefulness of any parking meter installed by virtue of the terms of this article.[1]
