City of Walhalla, SC Chapter 52 Municipal Court

§ 52-1 Establishment.

There is hereby established a Municipal Court for the City of Walhalla, which shall be a part of the unified judicial system of this state, for the trial and determination of all cases within its jurisdiction, as provided by, pursuant to and in conformity with Chapter 25 of Title 14, § 14-25-5 et seq., S.C. Code Ann., as amended.

§ 52-2 Judge and Clerk.

There shall be appointed by Council one part-time Municipal Judge and one Clerk of the Municipal Court pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 25 of Title 14, S.C. Code Ann., as amended.

§ 52-3 Compliance with state law.

All other provisions of the Uniform System of Municipal Courts shall be complied with and are adopted herein by reference thereto.
