If any of the provisions of this Part 1 conflict with any other
provision of the Village of Avon Code, law or regulation, the provisions
of this Part 1 shall supersede such conflicting provisions.
Each provision of this Part 1 is severable from the others,
so that if any provision is held to be illegal or invalid for any
reason whatsoever, such illegal or invalid provision shall be severed
from this Part 1, which shall nonetheless remain in full force and
effect.
