A.
Every person who shall fail to comply with a violation order issued
by the Zoning Enforcement Officer within the time limit stated thereon
shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction, shall be punished
by a fine of not more than $250 or by imprisonment for not more than
15 days, or both. Each week that a violation continues shall be a
separate offense.

B.
The Board of Trustees may also maintain an action or proceeding in
the name of the Village in a court of competent jurisdiction to compel
compliance with or to restrain by injunction the violation of this
chapter or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant hereto, notwithstanding
the imposition of the above penalty or punishment for such violation.
