Princeton has constructed, and shall continue to maintain, operate,
and improve works, known as the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System
(MS4), as may be necessary for the collection and conveyance of stormwater
runoff.
The purpose of this chapter is to set forth Princeton's
regulations, requirements and obligations in relation to the MS4.
