The policy of the Township is to collect delinquent taxes, user charges, and other items covered by the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Law, Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, No. 33, as amended, 53 P.S. § 7101 et seq., and to assess such charges in conjunction with such collection as are permitted by law.
A. 
The Township hereby approves the following schedule of attorney fees for services in connection with the collection of accounts, which are hereby determined to be fair and reasonable compensation for services set forth. Such fees may be amended from time to time by resolution of the Township.
B. 
Any service not covered below shall be compensated at the then current hourly rate of the Township Solicitor as charged to the Township for routine legal services.
C. 
There shall be added to the below amounts the reasonable out-of-pocket expenses of counsel in connection with each of these services, including Sheriff's and Prothonotary's costs.
D. 
The amount of fees determined as set forth below shall be added to the Township's municipal claim in each account.
