Town of Walkersville, MD Chapter 55 Plumbing

§ 55-1 Adoption of county provisions.

The Burgess and Commissioners of the Town of Walkersville hereby adopt and incorporate all of the provisions of the Plumbing Code (presently Chapter 1-14, Article IV) of the Frederick County Code and all subsequent amendments, supplements and changes thereto or subsequent regulations as may be approved.

§ 55-2 County to administer and enforce.

The County Government of Frederick County, Maryland, or its designated agency, is hereby requested and is so authorized to administer said provisions of the Plumbing Code and all subsequent amendments, supplements and changes thereto as may be adopted by the County Government of Frederick County, including the enforcement and penalty provisions thereto.
