For the purposes of this chapter, the area of the Borough of
Swoyersville is hereby divided into the following districts:

A.
Map. The boundaries of these zoning districts are hereby established
on a map which is designated "The Borough of Swoyersville, Luzerne
County, Pennsylvania, Zoning Map", which is hereby made a part of
this chapter, together with all existing and future notations, references
and amendments. The original of said Zoning Map, properly attested,
shall be and remain on file in the offices of the Swoyersville Planning
Commission and a copy in the office of the Luzerne County Planning
Commission and a certified copy in the office of the Recorder of Deeds
of Luzerne County.
B.
Interpretation of boundaries. The district boundary lines on the
Zoning Map are intended to follow property lines or the centers of
streets, alleys, railroads or watercourses. In the case of unsubdivided
property, the district boundary lines shall be determined by scaling.
