A.
Water shall be turned on and off at the curb box only by an employee
or agent of the Water District, except in cases of emergency when
immediate notice thereof must be given to the Town Engineer. Violation
of this rule shall be sufficient cause for the cutting off of the
supply of water.
B.
Fire hydrants shall be operated by the District only, except in cases
of emergency when firemen make appropriate use of and connections
to the fire hydrant.
