No person shall hold more than one elective office at any one
time. The prohibition set forth herein shall not apply to members
of a charter commission. In addition, Charter Commission members are
eligible to serve on the Finance Committee.

The Town Manager shall annually on or before May 1 appoint a
suitably qualified person to the office of Tree Warden for a term
to expire on April 30 of the following year, and shall set the compensation
therefor. The Town Manager may fill any vacancy in the office occurring
before the expiration of the current term.
This article shall take effect in the year 1990.
