Effective immediately, Harborcreek Township hereby appoints
the locally elected Tax Collector as Harborcreek Township's officer
authorized to provide tax certifications upon request by the public
and hereby authorizes said Tax Collector to assess, collect and retain
as compensation for providing such services a fee of $10.
A $5 fee will be charged for memorandum bills, duplicate tax
bills, and writing tax amounts on lists as requested by mortgage service
companies or on payments received from these companies without the
original bill.
The Harborcreek Township Board of Supervisors may amend the
Fee Schedule by appropriate resolution upon request of the Tax Collector
and after due consideration of the actual costs involved in the service
work to be performed.
