Except as otherwise specifically provided, primary responsibility
for administering and enforcing this Ordinance is that of the City
Manager or his/her designee. The person or persons to whom these functions
are assigned shall be assigned by the City manager and may include
the, “Planning Official,” “Zoning Official”
or other designations. Development Review Committee (“DRC”), “staff”
or “planning staff” is sometimes used interchangeably
with any of the above designations.
