Fowl, rabbits, and guinea pigs must be kept indoors, or if outdoors, in a secure pen or enclosure. Litter and droppings from these animals must be collected and disposed of in accordance with section 2.16.002 herein. However, the provisions of this section shall not apply to ducks or other waterfowl inhabiting natural or manmade watercourses or bodies of water.

It shall be unlawful for any person to be in possession of fowl,
rabbits or guinea pigs on any lot or tract of less than one acre or
within 150 feet to any human living quarters in the city.
