(a)
There
is hereby adopted for the police department the Code of Conduct dated
June 1, 1987, and maintained on file in the office of the city secretary,
which code shall govern the conduct of every sworn member of the police
department.
(b)
The
chief of police is hereby authorized to make such deletions, changes,
and additions to the code of conduct adopted hereunder as he shall
deem appropriate and necessary. The chief of police is hereby directed
to make the code of conduct and any amendments thereto available to
every member of the police department.
