The fiscal year for the city shall begin on the 1st day of October
of each calendar year and shall terminate on the last day of September
of the next succeeding calendar year.

Ordinances and resolutions adopting and amending the city’s
investment policy and strategy shall be maintained on file in the
office of the city secretary.
