(a)
The
2021 edition of the International Swimming Pool and Spa Code has been
adopted. Copies of the code, and the amendments thereto, are on file
in the office of the city secretary and said code is hereby adopted
by reference and designated as the swimming pool and spa code of the
city, the same as though said code was copied at length herein.
(b)
The
city council has adopted the North Central Texas Council of Governments
recommended amendments to the 2021 International Swimming Pool and
Spa Code.
