[Adopted 5-31-2022 by Ord. No. 2022-03]
Pursuant to Section 12-144c of the Connecticut General Statutes,
the Tax Collector of the Town of Montville is hereby authorized to
waive any property tax due in an amount less than $10 before the tax
is due, effective October 1, 2021, and applicable to assessment years
commencing on and after the effective date.
This article shall become effective 30 days from the date of
its adoption.
