Voting districts — See Charter, § C206.
There shall be six voting districts in the Town of Montville. The voting districts shall be numbered and conform to the geographic areas set forth below. This chapter shall amend or repeal all previous ordinances of the Town of Montville with regard to voting districts. When used in this chapter "center line" of any street means a division of said street between voting districts. The voting districts shall be:
Beginning at a point on the easterly side of Fire Street and the Montville/Waterford town line running northerly in a straight line approximately 6,500 feet to the four-way intersection of CL&P power lines; thence northeasterly in a straight line to the intersection of Sharp Hill Road and Old Colchester Road; thence easterly along the center line of Sharp Hill Road to Maple Avenue; thence northerly along the center line of Maple Avenue to Oakdale Road (Route 163); thence southeasterly along the center line of Oakdale Road (Route 163) to Interstate 395; thence southerly along the center line of Interstate 395 to the intersection of Jerome Road and Maple Avenue; thence southerly along the center line of Jerome Road to the Montville/Waterford town line; thence westerly along the Montville/Waterford town line to the point of origin.
Beginning in the middle of the Thames River at the intersecting point of the Montville/Ledyard and Preston town line running northerly along the Montville/Preston town line in the middle of the Thames River to the intersecting point of the Montville/Preston and Norwich town lines; thence westerly along the Montville/Norwich town line to the Norwich-New London Turnpike (Route 32); thence southerly along the center line of the Norwich-New London Turnpike (Route 32) to Sarah Drive; thence westerly along the center line of Sarah Drive to Raymond Hill Road; thence northwesterly along the center line of Raymond Hill Road to Interstate 395; thence southerly along the center line of Interstate 395 to Oakdale Road (Route 163); thence easterly along the center line of Oakdale Road (Route 163) to the railroad bed of the former Central Vermont Railroad spur line; thence easterly along the railroad bed of the former Central Vermont Railroad spur line to the junction with the New England Central Railroad tracks; thence easterly to the Montville/Ledyard town line in the middle of the Thames River; thence northerly along the Montville/Ledyard town line in the middle of the Thames River to the point of origin.

Beginning at a point in the center of Interstate 395 at the Montville/Norwich town line running southerly along the center line of Interstate 395 to Raymond Hill Road; thence southeasterly along the center line of Raymond Hill Road to Sarah Drive; thence easterly along the center line of Sarah Drive to the Norwich-New London Turnpike (Route 32); thence northerly along the center line of the Norwich-New London Turnpike (Route 32) to the Montville/Norwich town line; thence westerly along the Montville/Norwich town line to the point of origin.
