Pursuant to Section 131 of the New York Cannabis Law, the Town
of Malta hereby requests the Cannabis Control Board to prohibit the
establishment of retail dispensary licenses (authorizing the acquisition,
possession, sale and delivery of cannabis from the licensed premises
to consumers) and on-site consumption licenses within the jurisdiction
of the Town.
