Any person who shall fail to comply with the terms of this article
in any manner shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be
subject to a fine in accordance with the general penalty provision
set forth in Section 1.109 of this code, and each and every day's
violation shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
