Authorizing an increase in the indebtedness of the Borough of Jonestown, to the extent of $4,000, by issuing coupon bonds, to be used for the purpose of acquiring the land and the erecting thereon of a municipal building in said Borough; and providing for the payment of the principal and interest thereon by the assessment, levy and collection of a tax sufficient to pay the interest, and the creating of a sinking fund sufficient to pay the principal within 25 years.

Authorizing the form of bonds to be issued in the aggregate of $4,000 to be used for the purpose of acquiring the land and the erecting thereon of a municipal building in said Borough of Jonestown, which said bonds shall be issued pursuant to ordinance of the Borough of Jonestown after due and formal passage and approval thereof, which provides for the increase of the indebtedness of the Borough of Jonestown, Lebanon County, Pa., in the said sum of $4,000 by issuing coupon bonds for said amount, and wherein it is provided for the payment of the principal of said bonds and interest thereon by the assessment, levy and collection of a tax sufficient to pay the interest and the creation of a sinking fund to pay the principal within 25 years.

Authorizing an increase in the indebtedness of the Borough of Jonestown, by the issue of a general obligation note in the amount of $25,000 for sundry purposes: fixing the form, number, date, interest, and maturity thereof; making a covenant for the payment of the debt service on the note; providing for the filing of the required document; providing for the appointment of a sinking fund depository for the note; and authorizing execution, sale, and delivery thereof.
