The Town hereby accepts and adopts the provisions of the Public
Works Construction Standards - North Central Texas Council of Governments,
dated October 2004, and as may be amended from time to time, as the
Town’s standards for specifications and drawings for public
works construction.

The Town Engineer will have authority to make changes and revisions
to specifications and/or drawings, as necessary, on all public works
projects.
